Estudio Hoberman (1958-2003)

En este
período se proyectaron, dirigieron y construyeron más
de 120 edificios, sobre los que se detalla cronológicamente
a continuación de una enumeración de algunos hitos importantes
en la historia del estudio. |

-El
Arq. Adolfo Hoberman trabajó como dibujante proyectista en
el estudio del Arq. Antonio Bonet.
|
|
|
|
-Construcción
de dos fábricas de revestimientos, una en Capital y otra en
la prov. de Buenos Aires.
|
|
| |
-Primera
casa unifamiliar -Flia. Rongo- Manuel García 1164, Capital. |
|
|
|
-1er.
Premio, Licitación Pública de 160 departamentos, 25.000m2.
Ubicación, Cerrito 1578, Capital. Finalización de la
obra en 1968 |

-Proyecto,
dirección y construcción torre de viviendas (1ra. torre
del barrio de Belgrano) P.B. y 9 pisos. Ubicación,
Tres de
Febrero 1480, Capital. |

-Simultáneamente
con la puesta en marcha de préstamos para la vivienda de interés
social se realizaron varios edificios de P.B. y 3 pisos. Ubicados,
Maza 135, Avda. Belgrano 3732, Bolívar 1180, Valentín
Gómez 3748 y Avda. Pedro Goyena 1362. |

dirección y construcción galería comercial calle
Nación 285, San Nicolas, Pcia. de Buenos Aires. |

-Proyecto,
dirección y construcción edificios de viviendas y servicios
(estacionamientos públicos) 75 deptos. y edificios de cocheras
para 700 vehículos (el garage de mayor capacidad de la Argentina
en su época). Avda. Corrientes 4264. |

-En
estos años el estudio se encargó de proyectos, dirección
y construcción de varias sucursales del Banco Mercantil Argentino
(remodelación y ampliación de sucursales bancarias),
11 de Septiembre 1535, Avda. Corrientes 902, Avda. Caseros 3599, Avda.
Alvarez Thomas esq. Zabala, Avda. Corrientes 5322, Avda. Paseo Colón
1191, y la 1ra. y 2da. Casa Central. |

-El
estudio se encargó del proyecto, dirección y construcción
del casco de la estancia "El Coraje", en Cayuqueo, Pcia.
de Córdoba, así como todos los edificios de servicios,
vivienda para tamberos y remodelación de edificios existentes.
En el área se construyeron nuevos galpones para depósito
y un hangar de especiales características. |

In
this long period Hoberman's Studio could project, direct and build
more than 120 buildings, and the following basic list resume the
most important of them.

The Arch. Adolfo O. Hoberman, worked at project designer as Arch.
Antonio Bonet's famous office. |
|
|

Two factories of tiles and parquet floors, one in the center of Buenos
Aires, and the other in the province of Buenos Aires.

- The first family house for Rongo Family, at Manuel García
1164, Capital. |

First Price, Public Tender of 160 apartments, 25.000 m2., location:
Cerrito 1578/1554, Capital. The complex was finished in 1968.

direction and construction of a Tower building (first tower in the
Belgrano area). Ground floor and 9 floors, at 3 de Febrero 1480, Capital. |

in San Nicolas City, on Nación St. 285, in the Province of

parking lot in Argentina at the time, for more than 700 vehicles,
in Corrientes Av. 4264. |

At
this time, the Hoberman's Studio designed and constructed almost all

The
office prepared the project, direction and construction of the farm
house "El Coraje", at Cayuqueo, in the province of Córdoba,
and all the buildings, also for the dairy workers, and the rebuilding
of the existing complex. In this area there were built new warehouses
and a large hangar with special characteristics.
